Who we are

This page explains what personal data we collect through the revenco.agency website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova. For visitors from the European Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) also applies.

What data we collect and why

Data you give us

When you fill in a contact form or a quote request on the site, we collect:

  • your name, so we know how to address you;
  • your phone number, so we can reach you;
  • your email address, optional, so we can send you the quote in writing;
  • the project details, meaning whatever you tell us about what you need.

Why: to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram using the buttons on the site, the conversation takes place inside those applications, and the processing of those messages is also governed by their own policies.

Data collected automatically

When you visit the site, technical information is collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent and the source you arrived from.

Why: to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent for analytics cookies, and our legitimate interest in the operation and security of the site.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for other companies to market to you. It is accessible only to the providers we need in order to operate:

  • Our hosting provider, on whose servers the data is stored.
  • Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics 4, which shows us site usage statistics. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States.
  • Meta Platforms and Telegram, if you choose to write to us through the WhatsApp or Telegram buttons.

The Republic of Moldova does not benefit from an adequacy decision from the European Commission. For transfers of personal data received from clients or visitors in the European Union we use the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep data

  • Form requests that do not become projects: 24 months from the last communication, then deleted.
  • Data of clients we have signed a contract with: for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for the period required by accounting and tax legislation.
  • Statistical data in Google Analytics: according to the retention period configured in our account, at most 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • ask for incorrect or incomplete data to be corrected;
  • ask for your data to be deleted, when we no longer have a legal reason to keep it;
  • ask for processing to be restricted;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a structured format, so you can transfer it elsewhere;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before that.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at office@revenco.agency. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md). If you are in the European Union, you can address the supervisory authority in your country.

Security

The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to form data is limited to the people on our team who need it in order to answer requests. We apply technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss or disclosure of data.

Cookies

The site uses cookies. Details about which cookies are used and how you can control them are in the Cookie Policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the updated version on this page and change the date below. We encourage you to check it from time to time.
